This dough sheeter is designed to quickly and easily roll out dough up to 15" in diameter for anything from your signature pizzas to your scratch-made pierogis. Featuring a large hopper, this unit allows a single operator to roll out up to 600 pieces of dough per hour with ease! Its 15" long plastic non-stick roller easily adjusts to your desired thickness, ensuring a precise, uniform sheet of dough every time. The non-stick quality of the rollers prevents dough from building up, minimizing waste and keeping the unit easy to clean.
