Using a combination of microwave system and stirred impinged air, this unit delivers fast, even cooking, and its spacious cook chamber lets you cook even large meals!
Thanks to its internal catalytic filtration system, the C3 can also operate without ventilation, and it boasts a smart menu system that holds 128 programmed recipe settings for easy, efficient use. This high-speed commercial convection microwave oven comes with (1) wooden paddle, (1) bottle of oven cleaner, (1) bottle of oven guard, (2) trigger sprayers, (2) 12" x 12" Teflon screens, (1) ceramic cooking platter, and (1) wave guide cap.
