The True 988271 temperature control kit comes with all the components needed to accurately sense the air temperature within the cabinet and adjust the cooling cycles as needed. With properly functioning temperature control, your freezer will maintain food-safe holding temperatures and also run more efficiently.
Complete Kit
This kit has all the components you need to do a full replacement on your temperature control. In addition to the control box and capillary, you get (2) blue terminal connectors, (2) mounting screws, and a (1) 1 1/8" diameter control dial.
Senses Air Temperature
The temperature probe at the end of the capillary senses air temperature within the freezer cabinet.
Direct Replacement
This kit is designed to replace the malfunctioning temperature control on select True refrigeration units.
