Safely store your ice cream without worrying about melted product with this Master-Bilt IHC-48R remote condenser ice cream hardening and holding cabinet! Made with a durable, stainless steel front and anodized aluminum sides and interior, this ice cream hardening and holding cabinet can harden up to 43 standard 3 gallon cans of freshly made ice cream.
For effective and efficient cooling, this ice cream hardening and holding cabinet uses a remote condenser (sold separately) to maintain safe holding temperatures for your product. With the ability to place the condenser away from the unit, you can lower the ambient temperature near it while reducing noise in your kitchen. To maintain optimal temperature retention from 0 to -30 degrees Fahrenheit, the entire cabinet uses foamed-in-place "zero ODP" urethane insulation.
Other helpful features include dual self-closing doors with a convenient 90 degree hold-open feature for easier loading and unloading of ice cream tubs. Four staggered height insulated half doors inside the unit help maintain internal temperatures and enhance the units overall energy efficiency, while removable magnetic gaskets allow for maximum operator convenience. Eight heavy-duty, epoxy coated, cantilever wire shelves come included with this unit for optimal storage. Plus, heavy-duty, 6" adjustable legs help account for uneven floor surfaces. This unit requires a 208/230V electrical connection for operation.
