Full Length Cutting Board
A spacious, 10" deep, full length cutting board acts as the main staging area for all of your culinary creations, providing plenty of room for sandwiches and salad bowls.
8 Pan Capacity
The topping rail has the ability to hold up to (6) 1/6 size pans and (2) 1/9 size pans at the same time! Pan dividers are included, plus a fan directs cold air to the pan area for safe holding.
6 cu. ft. of Storage
The interior of this unit has 6 cu. ft. of storage capacity for backup pans of ingredients and a single adjustable shelf for organization. This shelf can hold up to 90 lb.
Insulated Lid

This unit uses a 1/4 hp refrigeration system and R-134a refrigerant to cool the interior of the cabinet and the pan rail. Plus, it will automatically defrost 4 times a day to keep food fresh.
